Exceptional 6 bedroom villa in the wonderful landscape of the countryside of Mijas, just 2 minutes from La Cala Golf Resort.
This incredible home is built within a community of similar homes, 34 in total, that are all kept in immaculate condition and that sit on generous plots of land, allowing for a great separation between each home and giving more privacy for you and your neighbours.
This villa is accessed via automated gates which open onto the parking area and carport. Here there is more than enough space to park 3 cars very comfortable. This parking area is set just a little lower than the main front garden of the villa, making it discreet and screening the cars from the view from inside the villa. The front garden is incredible. Just under 1300 square meters of garden which is exceptionally well thought out and landscaped to give a very elegant design. The front lawn is beautifully smooth and it's perimeter features a variety of shrubs and bushes which frame the aspect of the garden when sitting on the terrace. The swimming pool is huge, in fact bigger than the pools in the neighbouring homes, with a superb design giving a paddling pool, the main pool and a tempting sunken lounge area where there is an additional jacuzzi. All of this is surrounded by paved areas and there is space for several full-sized sun loungers. An outdoor shower has also been installed continuing the attention to detail that we expect from this wonderful property.
The garden wraps all around the villa with lawns and flowering shrubs making such a pretty environment from any angle. Although the front facade of the villa is the sublime full length terrace spanning the whole length of the property, the villa is best accessed from the front door which is at the rear. This door is wide and tall, and set on pivot hinges, giving a stunning welcome to visitors as the door opens onto the gorgeous open plan living area, with high ceilings and huge windows onto the south-facing terrace and garden. These window on the front facade and the adjacent wall are the feature that most elevates this home to the high-end luxury that we see. The windows, made by the excellent Spanish Cortizo brand, not only span from floor to ceiling, but additionally open entirely and slide invisibly into the clever pocket walls.
The kitchen is open plan and has been fitted in a clear off-white colour, with plentiful of cupboard space within it both on the units against the walls as well as the semi-island that gives that extra counter top space. The kitchen is fully fitted and consists of all the appliances including a double-sized fridge. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room at the rear that contains the cupboards where the washer and dryer are located and also the Daikin aero-termia system, which is used for heating the water and running the air conditioning. The utility room is huge and has been enclosed cleverly to make excellent use of the space which is used in no small part for the storage of the mattresses and cushions that are necessary for the exterior outdoor furniture.
On this same level on the other side of the villa is one bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom.
Heading upstairs there are 3 full bedroom each with it's own bathroom. The master suite is one of the 2 bedrooms which is south-facing and has access directly to the upper terrace, another wonderful area for enjoying the sunset from this elevated spot. The third bedroom here is located at the back of the upper floor with it's own bathroom, but also has it's own access to the same huge wrap around terrace that adorns this upper level.
Down in the basement be prepared to be impressed. This huge space of around 200m2 has been upgraded and enhanced to provide a massive games room, with a pool table, small cinema area and fantastic full-sized bar…great for entertaining your friends, and perfect if you have teenage kids. There are here an additional 2 huge bedrooms, again each one having it's now private bathroom. And of course this whole level also is climate controlled with air-conditioning powered by the aero-termia system.
As if this is not enough, there is a glass-walled, very cool bespoke gym. Fitted with exceptional quality workout machines and weights, this is a place where even the most picky of gym bunnies will be happy.
Throughout the home there is a sound-system fitted which extends to the exterior terraces too.
It's hard to find fault with a property that has been so well-considered, and is now on the market offering a key-ready home to it's lucky new owners.
